- Members of AIHA National - Please use the National dues statement and check-off the box indicating local section membership. You can access membership information via the AIHA National website by using this web link.
- Non-members of AIHA National - If you want to join the Chicago AIHA Local Section, but don't want to join AIHA National, please complete this form and contact [email protected].
